Job summary

GoodwinRecruiting in Dover, DE is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead land development projects, oversee design and construction documentation, and manage multi-discipline teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include development of drawings and specs, client coordination, and oversight of technical and financial aspects. DE licensure or willingness to obtain it is required, with 8+ years in civil engineering and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license; if not licensed in DE, willingness to obtain in first 6 months.
• Minimum 8 years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or HydroCAD.
• Experience in Land Development.

Responsibilities

• Development of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Land Development project oversight, including commercial and residential.
• Paving, drainage, grading, water & wastewater scope of work.
• Problem solving, team leadership and mentorship of other engineers.
• Coordination with clients and attendance at client meetings.
• Planning and oversight of all technical and financial project aspects.
