Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years of civil engineering design experience with project management focus, including onsite development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D specifically required.
• Experience with sustainable design practices and drainage/stormwater reports preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple active projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and interface with clients, internal and external teams.
• Oversee civil engineering design, calculations, drawings, specifications and technical reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate project planning and scheduling.
