Job summary

Cannon seeks a Civil Senior Project Manager for Land Development in California. You will lead land development projects from planning through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, and technical quality.

The role requires a California PE license and 10+ years in civil engineering for land development, plus 5+ years of project supervision. You’ll mentor staff, pursue business opportunities, and coordinate with agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited college.
• California P.E. license is required.
• 10+ years’ experience in civil engineering specifically pertaining to land development projects.
• 5+ years supervising and managing projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Concurrently manages a variety of civil engineering land development projects.
• Establishes and fosters client relations and develops proposals and budgets.
• Mentors, directs, manages, and supervises the design associates on technical matters.
• Ensures projects are delivered on schedule and within scope and budget.
• Manages and coordinates with jurisdictional agencies to obtain approvals of improvement plans.
