As a California licensed PE, the Civil Senior Project Manager – Land Development provides leadership and oversight for a variety of land development projects, including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. This role manages projects from planning through completion, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, technical quality, client coordination, and the preparation of engineering reports, analyses, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
The Civil Senior Project Manager – Land Development also provides daily guidance, technical support, mentorship, and training to engineers and designers. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager ready to expand their leadership responsibilities, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business growth. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, develop talented staff, influence strategic decisions, and play an important role in the long-term success of Cannon’s land development practice.
