Job summary

Requirements include a BSCE, CA PE registration (or eligibility within six months), 8–12 years of relevant experience, and at least three years of staff supervision. Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BSCE degree and CA PE registration, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Eight to twelve years of relevant experience, or twelve to fifteen years with equivalent work.
• Strong leadership and three+ years supervising technical staff.
• Ability to manage contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Excellent client and public-agency liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for civil engineering projects in Irvine.
• Oversee design, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Manage schedules and budgets; coordinate with clients and agencies.
• Direct design teams and review deliverables.
