Lunda Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager for our Railroad Division in Milwaukee, WI. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and safety across railroad, bridge, and heavy civil projects in the Upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Five or more years of relevant Heavy Civil project management experience.
• Railroad Bridge construction experience preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the Upper Midwest.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead role in project planning, budgeting, and managing resources.
• Perform project accounting functions including cost tracking and projections.
• Ensure construction operations progress according to schedule and communicate changes.
• Develop work plans and convey them to field staff; monitor and adjust.
• Communicate effectively with owners, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate all parties involved with the projects and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report progress; hold regular progress meetings.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal control, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits to active project sites.
• Maintain project document controls and safety plans.
