Jobot is seeking a dynamic Project Manager in Pleasanton, CA to lead civil construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination to deliver high-quality results for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry, with a focus on civil construction.
• PM experience in construction projects; PMP or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management from planning to closeout.
• Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Manage progress to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Perform site inspections to ensure design specs and codes are met.
• Prepare internal and external status reports and estimates.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors for profitable outcomes.
• Monitor safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and design professionals.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
