Job summary

You will plan, organize, design, and manage projects within schedules and budgets, overseeing hydraulic design, pump stations, and coordination with teams while promoting business development and client relationships. A MA PE license and AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience are preferred, along with leadership and communication skills;

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in MA preferred.
• Strong design and leadership capabilities in municipal water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, design, and control project activities within schedules and budgets.
• Lead complex hydraulic design projects for municipal water distribution and wastewater systems.
• Engineer pump stations from concept to commissioning, including controls and automation.
• Coordinate construction activities and collaborate with team members.
• Promote new business and cross-sell to existing clients.
