McAdams Education + Healthcare Sector seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from design through construction. You will oversee teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance are met.

The role emphasizes mentorship, business development, and delivering high-quality work while advancing the firm’s presence in education and healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EI required; PE or on track to obtaining PE strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years’ civil site design experience and 4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive project success.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects, from concept through construction administration.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and pursue opportunities for repeat business.
• Oversee and mentor project teams, coordinating design staff and subconsultants.
• Direct and support the design of civil systems, including site plans, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Manage budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead permitting efforts with local agencies and facilitate approvals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and maintain project documentation.
