Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• EI license required; PE or on track to obtaining PE strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years’ civil site design experience and 4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Expertise in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant project management and design software.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects, leading teams, and driving client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects from concept to construction administration.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure project satisfaction.
• Mentor project teams and coordinate with design staff, subconsultants, and internal groups.
• Direct and support design of civil engineering systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop, manage, and track budgets and schedules.
• Lead permitting efforts with local agencies and manage risk.
• Prepare project updates and maintain documentation; drive process improvements.
