Job summary

RICK Engineering Company is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead landmark projects in the Denver area. You will supervise technical staff, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with clients and agencies to deliver high-quality, compliant designs.

Ideal candidates bring a BSCE, Colorado PE eligibility within 6 months, and 5–10+ years of experience, including leadership and business development in civil projects.

Qualifications

• BSCE degree required and Colorado Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience (or 8–12 without PE licensure).
• Experience in managing technical staff and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction documents, contracts, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate design and field coordination with project teams and clients.
• Lead client/public agency interactions and business development activities.
• Oversee proposals preparation and scopes of work.
