Qualifications

BSCE degree and Colorado Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer (or ability to obtain within 6 months) plus 5–10 years of relevant experience (or 8–12 years without PE licensure).
Strong leadership and supervisory skills; ability to manage multiple projects and staff.
Proven project management能力 with client and public agency interactions.
Experience with construction documents, schedules, and budgets; knowledge of design review processes.
