EVstudio is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead and manage site development projects from concept through construction in Colorado. The role emphasizes grading, drainage, utility layout, and roadway design, with responsibility for plan sets, reports, and client coordination.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in civil/site development, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work is offered with competitive compensation and benefits.

• PE preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Support site development projects from concept through construction
• Perform grading, drainage, utility layout, and roadway design

• Maintain communication with internal teams, external clients, agencies, and consultants, ensuring all projects are executed cleanly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and municipalities
• Apply design standards and assist in permitting processes

Requirements:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
• Typically, 10+ years of experience in civil/site land development
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• PE preferred

What We Offer:

We are targeting a base salary of $125,000 to $155,000, but it is determined by several factors, including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
