EVstudio is seeking a client-driven Architect for our Idaho studio to lead design efforts from pursuit through delivery. You will maintain client relationships, guide projects to completion, and draft construction documents for custom homes and commercial projects.

Collaborate with Project Managers and senior designers to ensure design excellence and client satisfaction, while supporting documentation updates across Revit and AutoCAD. Hybrid work is available in Idaho and beyond.

Competenze

• 0–3 years architecture experience.
• Demonstrated academic or project success.
• Team-first mindset.
• Experience in commercial, multi-family or municipal design is a plus but not required.

What Youll Do

• EVstudio is looking for a client driven Architect to take on a key role in our Idaho studio
• Maintain and expand client relationships
• Guide architectural projects from pursuit through delivery ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction
• Draft construction documents for custom home and commercial projects
• Work closely with Project Managers and senior designers to meet client standards
• Support documentation updates plan sets and revisions in Revit Bluebeam and other AutoCAD programs
• Apply redlines and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the design of new projects across Idaho and beyond

Requirements

• Typically 0 3 years of architecture experience
• Demonstrated academic or project success and local market knowledge
• A team first mindset
• Experience in commercial multi family or municipal design sectors is a plus but NOT required

• We are targeting a base salary of 45000 to 53000 but is determined by several factors including education experience and a history of working in the Boise metro area
