Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and technical analysis for site development, transportation, drainage, and utility projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project schedules and deliverables.
• Manage tasks including site layouts, grading, stormwater management, and infrastructure design.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations/reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality control standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians; provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders; oversee permits.
• Support project budgeting and resource allocation.
