This senior role requires autonomous project management and a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

The position also involves mentoring junior CAD technicians, overseeing drafting workflows, and contributing to template and checklist development to enhance efficiency and consistency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent work experience considered.
• 5+ years of CAD experience.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities for junior CAD technicians.
• Ability to perform survey maps including topo, ALTA, boundaries, subdivision plats, etc.
• Strong understanding of reading construction plans and field calculations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in survey drafting practices and applying them to various surveying types.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and oversee intricate CAD drawings and 3D models.
• Perform meticulous calculations to ensure accuracy.
• Mentor and guide less experienced CAD technicians.
• Assist with creation and implementation of templates and checklists to improve efficiency and accuracy.
