Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our Dallas or Fort Worth offices. You will apply broad civil engineering knowledge to a variety of land development projects and supervise designers and technicians.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, a PE, and 6+ years of experience. You’ll coordinate with clients and Olsson teams, manage design tasks, and contribute to proposals and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• 6+ years of related civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and site design practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare planning and design documents across civil disciplines.
• Perform design calculations and cost estimates.
• Develop project scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Olsson teams and clients; lead design tasks.
• Assist with marketing and proposals; may manage small projects.
• Supervise staff and review work for accuracy.
