Job summary

EAC Consulting, Inc. seeks a licensed Professional Engineer to serve as Senior Project Manager in our Project Development and Environment team in South Florida, with locations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach.

The role oversees PD&E studies, client relationships, and multi-discipline project delivery. This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote), competitive compensation, and benefits including health, dental/vision, life, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Typically fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience.
• Experience as PM for multi-discipline projects with medium complexity.
• Knowledge of NEPA and PD&E processes.

Responsibilities

• Implements Project Management policies and procedures.
• Secures resources for each project phase and leads teams.
• Develops scope and negotiates fees for success.
• Plans tasks and ensures on-time/budget delivery.
• Manages scope and client relationships for additional fees.
• Maintains high client satisfaction through outcomes and invoicing accuracy.
• Serves as Engineer of Record where needed.
• Delivers sound engineering solutions meeting client needs.
