Job summary

Olsson seeks a Civil Project Engineer for our Dallas or Fort Worth office, with hybrid/remote options. You will apply civil engineering expertise to diverse land development projects and supervise engineers or technicians.

The role requires a PE license, 6+ years of experience, and proficiency in Civil 3D, site design, and regulatory approvals. Travel to client sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 6+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, and utility design.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D and regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare planning and design documents in civil engineering.
• Develop project scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Coordinate projects with Olsson teams and clients.
• Assist with marketing, proposals, and business development.
• May serve as project manager on small projects; supervise staff.
