GAI Consultants Inc is seeking a Senior Civil Project Designer 1 to join their team. This role will interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments, and act as a task manager for small to midsize projects while serving as the technical specialist.

This position is eligible for GAI's flexible Hybrid workplace place/Telework Policy and will be based out of any of our offices. GAI's Power Business Unit focuses on developing and supporting Energy, Institutional, Industrial, and

Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience in civil project design.
• Experience with Civil 3D and mass grading.
• Strong task management and client interaction skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage tasks to meet time, budget, scope and quality.
• Coordinate project scopes and schedules with leadership and clients.
• Mentor staff and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Communicate project status and presentations to stakeholders.
