Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. seeks a Senior Civil Project Designer 1 to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments. You will act as a task manager for small to midsize projects and serve as the technical specialist in your field.

The role supports a flexible Hybrid workplace and can be based in any office location. The position requires significant experience in civil design, focus on Civil 3D, grading, alignments, and project development, with a drive to mentor others and stay current

Qualifications

• 16+ years of civil project design experience.
• Advanced skills in civil design and grading tools, with emphasis on Civil 3D.
• Ability to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tasks to complete time, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Responsible for task management and adherence to deadlines and scope.
• Provide advisement on scopes, budgets, and schedules with project leadership.
• Interact with clients and lead project group meetings and presentations.
