Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering for commercial/industrial/site development.
• 8+ years of project management experience with ability to guide engineers and CAD designers.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from development of plans and specs for multi-family, commercial/retail, industrial and other sites.
• Interface with clients as needed and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee work of Engineers and CAD Designers to ensure accuracy and quality of outputs.
• Prepare and present project management reports.
