Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead an Orlando-area land development team, overseeing master-planned communities from concept through certification. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships, while mentoring engineers and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of civil PM experience, strong residential land development background, and a Florida PE is preferred. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $175,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Florida PE license strongly preferred/required.
• EIT candidates may be considered with leadership capabilities.
• 5–10+ years of civil engineering/project management experience.
• Strong land development and master-planned community experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil engineering and land development projects from concept through construction certification.
• Lead residential and master-planned community projects with multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and timelines; prepare proposals and fee estimates.
• Coordinate due diligence and evaluate development potential.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate internal engineering teams.
