  • High-Impact Projects: Work on significant residential and master-planned community developments from initial concept through construction.
  • Client Exposure: Build long-term relationships with developers and other key stakeholders while playing a visible role in business development.
  • Career Growth: Expand your leadership responsibilities while mentoring and developing engineers and project staff.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside planning, engineering, and construction professionals in an integrated project environment.

  • Business Development Opportunity: Have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of the organization and develop your own client relationships.
  • Florida Market: Work on land development projects within one of the country's most active residential development markets.
Responsibilities:

  • Experience with proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and project budgets.
  • Understanding of project financial management and profitability.
  • Business development and client relationship-building experience.
