Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead complex land development and infrastructure projects from our Dover, Delaware office. You will oversee the development of drawings, specifications, and contracts, while guiding project teams and coordinating with clients.

You will manage technical and financial aspects, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality results across commercial and residential developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• PE license; willingness to obtain DE license within 6 months if not licensed in DE.
• Minimum 8 years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or HydroCAD.
• Experience in Land Development.

Responsibilities

• Development of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Oversee Land Development projects, including Commercial and Residential.
• Handle paving, drainage, grading, water & wastewater scopes.
• Lead, mentor, and solve problems in a team setting.
• Coordinate with clients and attend client meetings.
• Plan and oversee technical and financial aspects of projects.
