Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering degree with P.E. registration and 6+ years of related experience, plus strong budgeting, marketing, and client-communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or scientific field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Professional registration (P.E., L.S., etc.) in one or more states where Timmons Group operates is preferred.
• Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of civil engineering experience related to residential land development.
• Thorough understanding of project accounting and ability to manage schedule and budget for multiple projects.
• Experience in marketing and supervising the technical work of others.
• Working knowledge of technical and office software required to perform the essential functions.
• Effective communication with clients, staff and internal teams daily.
• Willingness to help others meet critical deadlines and maintain professional relationships.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Design portions of a project using Civil 3D and related office software.
• Perform calculations using engineering formulas and tools to solve problems.
• Prepare specifications from research and catalogs for materials, installation, inspection and payment.
• Work to complete design details and plan sets.
• Assist in preparing engineering and construction cost estimates.
• Communicate with clients, staff, and internal design team.
