Job summary

The Client seeks a Senior Planner to lead the planning and programming function across bids, pre-construction and construction phases. You will work with internal teams and key stakeholders to develop robust programmes that drive successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include creating detailed programmes, establishing critical paths and reporting, and ensuring schedules align with contract obligations across NEC/JCT frameworks.

Qualifications

• Significant planning experience in civil engineering, infrastructure or groundworks.
• Strong understanding of planning, programming and progress monitoring methodologies.
• Experience identifying risks, opportunities and changes within programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning activities on projects, producing professional programmes from tender to construction.
• Collaborate on schedules, planning philosophy and reporting.
• Identify constraints and contractual requirements with delivery teams and supply chain.
• Establish critical path logic and present programme details to stakeholders.
