Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Active Pennsylvania law license required.
• Experience in civil litigation in Western Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and pleadings for diverse civil matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for cases.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and coordinate hearings.
• Communicate with clients and manage billing and cost justification with insurers.
