The Hahn Legal Group, APC in California is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation to manage a sophisticated caseload and develop trial strategies.

You will work with a collaborative team, handle motions, depositions, hearings, and trials, and provide top-tier client service. Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $220,000 DOE with hybrid work and remote options for CA-based attorneys.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage complex matters independently.
• Excellent communication and client-service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution.
• Develop case strategies and perform legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Represent clients in court and other proceedings; communicate strategy to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal work.
• Maintain client relationships and provide proactive, practical advice.
