Qualifications

• Active Illinois license to practice law.
• 7–10 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Established book of business valued but not required.
• Experience in commercial, real estate, or employment litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation from pleadings to trial.
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and filings.
• Manage discovery and take or defend depositions.
• Collaborate with partners on strategy and client communications.
• Attend hearings, conferences, and mediations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, including independently sourced matters.
