Qualifications

• At least six years of civil litigation experience.
• Ability to handle cases through the litigation process with supervision.
• Experience with motion practice is essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss issues and devise litigation strategies.
• Research cases by interviewing witnesses, reading depositions and reviewing evidence.
• Draft motions and other papers, conduct discovery and take depositions.
• Attend hearings and argue on clients' behalf; conduct trials as required.
• Assist clients with executing settlements.
