Job summary

W3Global, a well-established personal injury law firm in Tukwila, WA, is seeking an Associate Attorney to strengthen litigation, negotiation, and trial advocacy skills while receiving support from experienced lawyers and a dedicated staff.

You will manage cases as they move into litigation, handle SGAL matters, and represent clients in hearings and court appearances, with responsibilities tailored to experience and growth.

Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Client-focused approach with ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases as they transition into litigation.
• Handle SGAL matters, including reports, filings, and settlement hearings.
• Represent clients in hearings, calendars, status conferences, and court proceedings.
• Oversee minor settlement approvals and ensure court procedures are followed.
• Counsel clients on motor vehicle infractions, negotiate, and appear in court.
• Assist with pre-litigation cases, including liability analysis, records review, and settlement negotiations.
• Communicate with clients, insurers, defense counsel, medical providers, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, negotiators, and support staff to move cases forward.
