Qualifications

• 6+ years of civil litigation experience with motion practice and discovery.
• Strong legal writing and brief-drafting skills.
• Deposition experience—taking and defending.
• First or second chair trial experience preferred or readiness to try cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from intake through settlement or trial with minimal supervision.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings and conduct bench and jury trials.
• Meet with clients to develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy in person.
