Turner and Townsend in New York seeks a Senior Scheduler to manage planning, tracking, and reporting within an integrated scheduling environment. The role focuses on milestone baselines, WBS support for performance measurement, and ensuring subcontractor compliance with the scheduling method. You will lead schedule updates, forecasts, and recovery options, while mentoring the planning team and potentially handling SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in scheduling on major civil infrastructure programmes (aviation, rail, transportation, bridges, roads, tunnels, utilities).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; graduate degree preferred.
• Location: New York, four days on site; permanent full-time role.

Responsabilités

• Develop milestone and progress tracking baselines.
• Contribute to the work breakdown structure (WBS) that supports performance measurement.
• Assess subcontractor compliance with the scheduling method in use.
• Analyze schedule data, identify trends and issues, and report to the project director.
• Lead schedule updates, forecasts, and contingency management for work packages.
• Check contractor schedules against the integrated schedule and milestones.
• Analyze resource availability and propose recovery options.
• Coach the planning team; SOX control duties may apply.
