Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Landscape Architecture is required.
• Eight (8) years of related experience in a Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect role, with at least three (3) years as a project manager.
• PMP (PMI) and/or CCM (CMAA) certification is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Capital Improvement projects through the Design and Construction phases.
• Deliver capital projects following project management standards and budget.
• Manage construction teams, ensuring contract compliance and quality outcomes.
• Seek stakeholder input, gain consensus, and make value-driven decisions.
• Develop budgets, procurement documents, and manage contract obligations.
• Oversee consultants and design professionals delivering plans, estimates, and documents.
• Ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget, monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Coach and train associate project managers to improve PM skills and knowledge.
