• Minimum 15 years of heavy civil construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Closely monitor & communicate project status, risks and opportunities to VP and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to manage budgeting and forecasting.
• Participate in management committee meetings within joint ventures.
• Manage pursuit of project claims and change orders.
• Ensure development and use of CPM schedule throughout the project.
• Address contractual issues and claims with contract management teams.
• Participate in project staff meetings and major decisions.
• Establish and promote a safety culture on site.
• Oversee procurement or Buy-out to meet budget.
• Sponsor revenue strategies including REAs and claims.
• Maintain relationships with key business partners.
• Oversee subcontract management and mentor staff.
