Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, preferably heavy civil.
• 8 years of engineering experience in heavy civil construction.
• Proven ability to coordinate design, manage resources, and lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages design firms on Design-Build or Bid-Build projects.
• Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates engineers' performance.
• Assists with management of project resource availability/efficiency.
