Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with active credentials.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience in transportation and site projects.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with clients, agencies, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and subconsultants.
• Prepare design concepts, feasibility, and contract documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Support business development and proposals.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
