gpac, a Civil Construction Company, is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our Chicago, IL team. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in civil estimating and a track record of accurate, well-supported bids.

Responsibilities include developing estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time; overseeing quantity takeoffs and pricing; and understanding project logistics and schedules. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a stable work history in Civil Estimating.
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time requirements.
• Prepare or oversee accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Understand project logistics and project schedule.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W preferred (or ability to learn).
