gpac is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator for civil construction projects in Pensacola, Florida. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimating in roadways, sitework, earthwork, and utilities.

Responsibilities include developing estimates for materials, labor, equipment and time, performing quantity takeoffs, and understanding logistics and schedules; proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W is preferred or the ability to learn.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience with a stable work history in Civil Estimating.
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time requirements.
• Prepare or oversee accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Understand project logistics and project schedule.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W preferred (or ability to learn).
