Job summary

gpac represents a premier civil contractor in Ohio seeking experienced Estimators to join an amazing team. The ideal candidate will have bidding experience on heavy civil, paving, stormwater, and utilities projects and a stable work history.

You will develop multi-disciplinary estimates, review plans, determine labor and equipment costs, and prepare quantity takeoffs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with hard bid civil projects.
• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Stable work history.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field a plus.
• HCSS Heavy bid a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Develop multi-disciplinary estimates.
• Determine labor and equipment costs.
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Understand project logistics and project schedule.
