Job summary

Anderson Systems seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead day-to-day field activities across multiple projects in California. You will schedule manpower, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules.

You’ll drive safety, quality, and productivity, leveraging BIM and CAD tools, with strong Excel/Office 365 usage. The role focuses on coordinating with engineering and detailing teams to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; Office 365 a plus.
• Familiar with BIM and CAD coordination.
• Scheduling and resource loading experience required.
• Responsible for safety, quality, and productivity across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise all projects and employees, determining construction methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specs, schedule and estimate through coordination with Engineering, Detailing and Estimating.
• Maintain productivity tracking methods on each project and adjust as needed.
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance across assigned sites and crews.
• Coordinate with unions and logistics to ensure timely shipments and manpower utilization.
• Document weekly supervisor meetings and review detailing to meet schedule.
