Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years construction experience with at least four years managing and estimating pipeline projects.
• Design-Build and Construction Manager at Risk experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and apply productivity estimates for labor.
• Coordinate and provide access to information for subcontractors and solicit bids.
• Collect and organize all bid information for future reference.
• Participate in buy-out of subcontractors and material purchase orders.
