Responsibilities

• Review bid invitations, plans, specs, addenda and documents; identify scope and deadlines.
• Complete takeoffs and estimate labor, materials, equipment and costs.
• Analyze production rates, site conditions, methods, haul distances and risks.
• Obtain quotes; prepare bid summaries, proposals and conclusions.
• Identify gaps and pricing risks; raise questions before submission.
• Coordinate with project teams; participate in site visits and bid reviews.
• Support handoff, budgeting and improving estimating tools and procedures.
• Provide guidance and review support to team members.
