Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily/weekly field activities; coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials and site access.
• Lead foremen, operators, laborers, drivers and subcontractors; set priorities and productivity expectations.
• Enforce safety policies; conduct toolbox talks, hazard assessments and inspections; report incidents.
• Monitor workmanship, grades and production; arrange inspections and corrective actions; maintain reports.
• Track schedule, labor, equipment and material usage; report delays and changes; control costs.
• Communicate progress and site conditions; coordinate with customers and project partners; support closeout activities.
