Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college.
• 5–10 years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering principles.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Microsoft and Google suites.
• HAZWOPER certification (40-hour) and 8-hour refresher.

Responsibilities

• Plans multiple projects, senior technical lead, supervises staff.
• Estimates personnel needs, assigns work, meets deadlines.
• Coordinates daily operations, provides technical guidance.
• Develops project deliverables, writes reports and graphics.
• Consults with clients to prepare plans and assessments.
• Manages project budget and hours, tracks schedule.
• Oversees project setup, contracts and subcontracts.
• Oversees invoicing and financial reporting.
