Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering required or desired.
Current state professional license or willingness to obtain.
Experience in site grading, design and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

Prepare technical and cost proposals.
Design basic municipal infrastructure projects including site development, earthwork, sanitary sewers, stormwater systems, drainage plans.
Prepare permit applications and design packages; assist with bid documents, submittals, and cost estimates.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope; mentor junior staff.
Provide QA/QC on project deliverables.
