We're actively seeking a Project Manager focused on Municipal & Water Resources Engineering Projects in the Greater Pittsburgh region. As a Project Manager within HRG's Municipal & Water Resources Engineering Service Group, you'll lead complex projects from planning through construction, serve as a trusted client advisor, and mentor staff while ensuring quality, compliance, and financial performance.

A few key responsibilities for leading and managing our water resources projects:

• Overall project management
• Manage budgets, schedules, quality
• Review and prepare plans, specs, contract documents
• Lead interactions; Maintain ongoing client communication
• Conduct project site visits
• COLLABORATE with fellow engineers!

You'll have the chance to take the lead on municipal and water resources projects, guide them from planning and design through construction and completion. Work closely with clients, municipalities, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward while managing budgets and schedules, reviewing technical documents, and navigating permitting and regulatory approvals.

A few key requirements for this role would be a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related degree with a Professional Engineer (PE) license for the state of Pennsylvania. We ask that you have at least 5 years of experience managing civil, municipal, or water resources projects, especially if you have hands-on experience with stormwater management, utilities, construction administration, permitting, and project delivery.

We ask that you are flexible to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays. You will need a valid US Driver's License and have Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
