HFA is seeking a dynamic civil engineering leader in Bentonville to guide our growing team, mentor talent, and serve as a trusted client partner. This role blends technical oversight with people and operational leadership to deliver high-quality projects and shape the future of our team.

You will empower direct reports, lead critical sectors, manage production standards, and collaborate with Executives to ensure the company operates as a single enterprise in line with HFA culture and values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of 10+ staff or equivalent critical function.
• Proven ability to mentor talent and develop professional growth.
• Strong financial and business understanding with ability to state financials.
• Ability to partner with clients and lead complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ultimately responsible for projects based either upon a region, project type, client type, or specific client.
• Empowers direct reports, Team Leads and Discipline Leads, and supports their growth.
• Leads critical sectors within HFA.
• Develops uniformly high production standards and monitors design and contract documents.
• Must possess strong financial and business understanding and possess the ability to accurately state the financials of your area of business.
• Participates in Marketing and Business Development with Executives, the Brand & Marketing team, and the Client Partnerships team.
