Qualifications

Fisher Associates is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead high-impact highway and bridge design projects across the Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Allentown corridor. What You’ll Do as a Senior Transportation Project Manager

  • Proactively pursue new business with existing and prospective clients by delivering exceptional service, promoting Fisher’s capabilities, and building lasting relationships.
  • Successfully lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off.
  • Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
  • Lead design strategy and collaborate with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to align with client goals and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout.
  • Provide clear direction, motivation, and mentorship to team members.
  • Prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process.
  • Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals.
  • Represent Fisher Associate’s in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.
  • Maintain knowledge of design software for effective team collaboration.

Salary Range $120,000-$150,000

Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications/education, and other factors. The salary range is not necessarily reflective of the actual total compensation that may be earned nor promises any specific pay for any specific employee. Requirements

What You Bring, Your Expertise as a Senior Transportation Project Manager

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years transportation design engineering and project management experience
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it
  • Proven client relationship and business development skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred
  • Familiarity PennDOT design standards preferred
